Services for students

Everything between “maybe” and “I am in.”

Seven services, one counsellor, no handoffs. Every stage below is included in a standard DES EDU engagement.

Stage one

Student counselling

Before any university is named, we work out what you are actually suited to and what your family can sustain. Most of the value in this whole process sits in this first conversation.

What we discuss

  • Academic assessment
  • Choosing a suitable country
  • Scholarship possibilities
  • Financial planning
Request a session

“The honest conversation nobody else was willing to have.”

Most students arrive certain about a country and a course. Roughly half leave the first session having changed one of the two.

Stage two

University application

A shortlist of ambitious, realistic and safe options — with the reasoning shown, so you can challenge it. Then the applications themselves: forms, transcripts, statement of purpose, essays and recommendation letters.

  • Profile-based university shortlist
  • Statement of purpose coaching
  • Letters of recommendation
  • Document quality check before submission
  • Deadline tracking per intake
Stage three

Test preparation

A diagnostic test first, then a target score and a study plan that works backwards from your application deadline — not a generic batch schedule.

Stage four

Visa application guidance

The stage where most avoidable rejections happen. We assemble the financial file properly, complete the forms with you, and put you through mock interviews until the answers are steady.

What we handle

  • Financial documentation
  • Form filing and appointments
  • Mock visa interviews
  • Refusal review and reapplication
Request a callback

98%

visa success rate across all destinations. Where a case is weak, we say so before you pay the fee.

Stage five

Education loans & scholarships

A year-by-year cost sheet the whole family can read — tuition, living, insurance, travel — then loan facilitation and a mapped list of every scholarship you are actually eligible for.

  • Total cost of study breakdown
  • Bank and NBFC loan facilitation
  • Collateral and co-applicant guidance
  • Merit and need-based scholarship mapping
Stage six

Accommodation advice

On-campus versus private housing, deposits, tenancy contracts and which neighbourhoods are sensible for a first-year international student who does not yet know the city.

  • University halls vs. private rental
  • Deposit and contract review
  • Commute and safety guidance
Stage seven

Pre-departure & beyond

Forex, SIM cards, insurance, packing, airport process and what to expect in the first fortnight. We stay reachable through your first semester.

  • Pre-departure briefing session
  • Forex, insurance and travel
  • Alumni introductions in your city
